at first point the fork to the edge of the dish and take few threads
attention: do not take a ball of them, as you could not put it into the mouth!
a deep dish helps much, but nowadays it is used to serve pasta in flat dishes. In this case use the bottom of the dish as support and roll spaghetti (here tagliolini)
do not point the fork to the center of the dish
or you will take to much spaghetti
Turn round thefork with your fingertip and obtain a small skein of pasta
it is always the fork which goes to the mouth.
